Fresh Meat DNA synth machine does not result in chicken or duck DNA

The rules for the DNA Synthesizer with chicken egg, duck egg or duck feather as input cannot result in chicken or duck DNA. Only the alternate output is the result. Which is generic Bird DNA. The alternate output has a probability of 1.0, which means always.

I don't know what the intended probability is (can't be 100%), but I changed the alternate output to 0.2 (20%) probability as my fix.
