Fish in foreign cask
Here's another idea for the Foreign cask. What if we were able to put any fish in it to make Artisanal Fish sauce?
This would be really worth it for small time fish like sardines and anchovies that don't really merit being put in the smoker. Instead of multiplying the value it would be a blanket price for all fish sauce that comes out (say 500) so the more expensive fish wouldn't be worth putting in.
And in keeping with the nautical theme, maybe you could make seaweed an algae be able to go on the drying rack to make Nori.
