Adding details on theme format for quick reference

Added a bit of detail to the readme for a quick reference when creating themes -- figured this would be useful to others. Feel free to move it around as you see fit -- might also be appropriate in the YAML file, but that was completely uncommented, so I did not want to break that tradition.
