Add GitHub Actions CI

- Adds GitHub Actions continuous integration, to build the program on Linux and Windows and run the tests and benchmark.
- Updates the benchmark image and world.
- Makes the benchmark test share the same logic as the main program.
- Replaced badge with GH one (like so:
