Minimum window width

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In some apps, the new window is smaller than I expected.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if we could do it like this, if the new window < 25% then make it 25%. If it is larger than 25%, then don't resize it.

+1 on that , sometimes windows are too small, would like to be able to set a default width for every new window

This could be added to winprops, as I currently haven't seen the issue on any apps. Do you have examples to test with?
