terminal ergonomics

paper now has windows use full height. Linux users spend some time in the terminal, which has most of the action happening at the bottom of the window. for ergonomics, it's better to look at the center than the bottom of your screen. to address this, it would be nice if paper facilitated allowing windows to not cover full height.

I don't know how the feature is called, but you can place windows under another with PaperWM. I think default shortcuts for that are Win+I and Win+O. I changed them long time ago so I'm not sure. Check the screenshot for demonstration. As for terminal specifically, there's always tmux.
