Focus mode: Locked workspace viewport

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. One thing i often run into as a programmer with the current system is anytime i need to quickly go back and forth between 2 applications on a monitor that require heavy mouse usage the existing focus behaviors end up causing a ton more trouble with windows moving around the screen quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like The feature i propose to fix this is a new focus mode which locks the current scroll view regardless if the window focus changes.

Describe alternatives you've considered I haven't considered any specific alternatives other than just having to disable the extension under some situations...
