Workspace wrap around using super+pgup/dn broken

It looks like vertical workspace wrap around has broken something since it was originally implemented in https://github.com/paperwm/PaperWM/issues/100.

When using super + pg up or pg-down, wrap around is not utilized . It'd be great to either have this functionality by default, or a toggle for it.

When utilizing another third party, like Just Perfection to enable work space wrap around, that is not inherited by PaperWM.
