Slack Interactivity Request URL for buttons to work

I am using Heroku Deploy and follow the guide on https://docs.papercups.io/slack.

Both "Mark as resolved" and "Reopen Conversation" buttons on Slack do not work for me.

Is this due to the missing request URL from Interactivity & Shortcuts option from the Slack App I created, or can someone here point me in the right direction?
