docker setup for cloudron

Problem It would be great if there is a cloudron.io docker version of papercups, so it is installable easily for a broader cloudron user group.

Additional context cloudron is a complete solution for running apps on your own server easily.

Testing cloudron is free for 2 apps so it can be tested easily. I also could test it if a docker version is provided.

I think this would also help the adoption rate of new papercups systems a bit.
