Chat widget color shows as solid aka no design features or graphics within...

Wondering how to fix this as I am not facile with CSS. Running the chatwidget on an MVP landing page, everything runs properly and all CSS on the site renders except for the chat widget label at the bottom (the button you click to open the chat window). Welcome any tips or tricks. Thanks in advance.
