ability to statically generate designer

Need some way to generate static assets with designer & PC files built-in so that people can self-host their design system.

TODO:

• [ ] paperclip build command for statically generating design
• [ ] ability to configure output directory in paperclip.config.json file
• [ ] bundle should include all PC files in project
• [ ] bundled designer should be read-only mode
• [ ] / should display all files
