Provide binaries

paperclip would be easier to install if binaries were provided.

We can upload them to Github Releases whenever we create a tag. I can create a PR for this but I'll need you to encrypt a Github API Token. See https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/releases/ for documentation.

I already have a GITHUB_TOKEN env variable with public_repo scope for deploying documentation. Could that be used for tags too?

That depends on the permissions of that token. I can certainly try.
