pdfextract-0.3.0.jar is missing

The Link mentioned in package.json https://github.com/paperai/pdfextract/releases/download/v0.3.0/pdfextract-0.3.0.jar for getting pdfextract-0.3.0.jar getting 404 page not found error. where can i get the pdfextract-0.3.0.jar? can some one share latest path?

Trying to locally host pdfanno v0.4.1. Have a dependency on: https://github.com/paperai/pdfextract/releases/download/untagged-6b0e4f23df695e8b7587/pdfextract-0.2.4.jar

Assuming that paperai/pdfextract is either not public or deleted as of this time.

@yoheiMune @hshindo Is this expected? Are you willing to share the jars for pdfextract 0.2.4 and 0.3.0?
