Needed AppStream changes

Paper Plane beta 1 is now released on Flathub Beta and I noticed a few issues that should be fixed:

  • The author should not be me, the project changed the ownership.
  • ~The app does support mobile as well, so we need to figure out why it says "Desktop only" in the store page.~ It appears as adaptive again, no idea what happened.
  • The age ratings need to be updated. See Telegram Desktop store page as an example, it contains some information that Paper Plane should also have.

EDIT:

  • We should include the "Contribute Translations" link too
