BUG: Delegator list incomplete

Issue description

Currently, pooltool.io does not list all delegators even when the stake has become active + 1 epoch.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Look at delegator list at https://pooltool.io/pool/000006d97fd0415d2dafdbb8b782717a3d3ff32f865792b8df7ddd00/delegators Note 38 delegators, no delegators with 1+M ADA, total delegation does not match active stake
2. Look at delegator list at https://pool.pm/000006d97fd0415d2dafdbb8b782717a3d3ff32f865792b8df7ddd00/stake Note 32 delegators, 2 delegators with 1+M ADA, total delegation matches active stake
3. Look at delegator list at https://cardanoscan.io/delegations?poolId=000006d97fd0415d2dafdbb8b782717a3d3ff32f865792b8df7ddd00 Note 32 delegators, 2 delegators with 1+M ADA, total delegation matches active stake

What's the expected result?

Pooltool delegation list should show all active delegators so active stake displayed in pooltool matches the sum of active stake in the delegator list. I would also recommend to add a filter toggle to remove past delegators who are not active anymore.

What's the actual result?

Pooltool.io delegator list shows more delegators than competing sites due to history data of past delegators but is lacking some delegators who have active stake + 1 epoch.

Delegator list is not current, seems to be two epochs behind for my account: https://pooltool.io/pool/95954fa839905a201d8d97cc31be8bbd4ac2ad0df1d201accce3a23e/delegators

1. There are currently 28 delegators to my pool, not 31
2. The live stake (3.36M) does not match delegation amounts (Just over 1.8M)
