Rewards issues - account creation issues - keep wanting ADA from me

Hi there

On visiting pooltool.io which is something I regularly do the rewards were zero. I saw the message and setup the account, paid some ADA, then I had issues getting in so paid some more ADA to reset it (rip off by the way, honestly).

Finally got in, now the account was my staking address, but then to claim the address it says someone else has claimed it.

I am so confused can someone help me please. I just want to see my rewards per epoch like before and want to know where my staking id is claimed?

Same issue here except I can't login. Paid my 1.715 ADA to create an account. It says I can login and now won't accept my password. Then tried to reset and it was going to ask for more ADA. What has happened? I was able to see my staking pool address information 2 weeks ago without logging in.

I tried doing it through my Ledger but it asked if I also wanted to withdraw all my staking rewards. I got scared off by that question. So I just cancelled the transaction.
