I would find it helpful if I could edit all settings of entries, not only account and issuer, namely the secret.
Since the app hasn't been updated for more than 4 years and it's not properly working on newest Android anymore, there's no need for OTPClient to support it.

Could you also release official AppImage, since you already do flatpaks? AppImage seems to be superior in so many ways, including portability.
Would you be open to switching to Argon2id over 100k iterations of PBKDF2? It would provide better protection for weaker vault passwords.
