Hole on top and bottom of the sphere

I have a 360° photosphere that actually shows as a sphere with google camera. With your renderer I see instead a black hole on top and bottom of the sphere.

Also it is very slow to load the image.

At some point I'll fork it and make the Qt interface look a little nicer, and see what I can do with the command line arguments.
