"Eligible consumers" in Konga v.0.14.1 and v.0.14.9 does not work with Kong v2.5.0

We have recently upgraded Kong to v2.5.0, and we see that eligible consumers are no longer listed based upon group restrictions given in the ACL-plugins. In this example, we have a consumer that belongs to the group "test-group", but they do not show up under eligible consumers. This functionality still works in Kong, it but it looks like they have made a change in the json that configures the ACL-plugin, so it no longer shows up in Konga v.0.14.1 and v.0.14.9. I suppose at the issue is present in other Konga versions, but we have not tested them.
