Support `--scie-pbs-flavor`.
In addition to the existing --scie-pbs-release and --scie-python-version, add --scie-pbs-flavor and plumb this to https://science.scie.app/_/providers/PythonBuildStandalone.html#flavor. The recent PBS addition of support for the install_only_stripped is impetus for those wanting to cut down the size of --scie eager PEX scies.

It may make sense to just make the new option be a stripped flag defaulting to False: --{no,}scie-stripped.
