Buyback Pricing Tool Feature Request

Buyback Command - configurable command that takes input pasted from the inventory window, and returns a price based on corp buyback rates and Jita/perimeter buy orders.

Ideally, it would be nice to have multiple rates for different things, for example, 90% of Jita buy for ore, or ore mineral value, but only 85% for PI, salvage, loot, doctrine ships being sold back, etc.
