Use Tikka for attachment indexing

We should extend s4wp_build_document() to include indexable attachments from the Media Library so that Tikka can do it's thing and make that part of the equation.

Did this feature push through? I believe not yet as it seems attachments are always counted when indexing from the plugin settings?
