Related Posts Widget

Most related posts plugins use the database and are very resource heavy. Similar to the facet widget I think it would be beneficial to add a related posts widget and accompanying function to be used in templates.

A new tab in the Solr Power options page could be added to define post types, metadata, taxonomies and priority.

Alternatively this could be setup with the existing functionality as an example rather than inclusion in the plugin.
