phpstan issue: Error: Function pantheon_get_secret not found.

I am using https://github.com/pantheon-systems/quicksilver-examples/blob/main/new_relic_deploy/new_relic_deploy.php file in our application . But phpstan is throwing below error Error: Function pantheon_get_secret not found.
