TEST - Merge permissions to main for release notes

This is a test, because I'm curious to see if members of this GitHub team have permission to merge PRs to main like we expect given they are listed in the CODEOWNERS file for source/releasenotes/

@IngridKwok can you scroll to the bottom of this Pull Request and share a screenshot to show us what options you have? Specifically wanting to confirm whether you have the permission to merge this example release note entry to the main branch since you are a member of the "Release Note Authors" team.
