Issue Description:

the referenced filename example.pantheon.yaml is not correct, the file is pantheon.yaml.example

additionally, the location of this file (as well as where to put the pantheon.yaml file) is not clear from the instructions

Suggested Resolution

fix reference to file, pantheon.yaml.example

add mention of .ddev/providers directory as location of both pantheon.yaml.example and pantheon.yaml
