Hey @rflihxyz,thanks for checking in. HelpScout requires verification for every new account to avoid spamming. I explained the purpose of our integration, and now I have access. I'm working on it and will complete it as quickly as possible. There was a slight delay because I had some interviews, but I'll make sure to get this done soon.🙂
