As we add more wiki pages and documentation we need to do a little organizing to make sure things are consistent and easy to find.

hello sir! can you provide some hint as in what type of changes you want because the README file seems proper itself.

Sorry for delay on this.

Essentially we will need to review the wiki pages and determine what information is stale and should be removed as well as what needs to be updated.

Likewise for the README although note that the README will change with #951.
