[Feature] Add possibility for time/date of value in popup on map

Hello,

I originally wrote this issue in the main grafana/worldmap-panel repo. See grafana/worldmap-panel#278. But have not had any response. Maybe this can be done in this fork?

I have tried to get the timestamp included in the popup when selecting a data-point on the map. It seems like I can set the field for how to get the name and value into the popup. But nothing on the settings includes any options for the timestamp. The best would be if the timestamp could also be formatted according to user preference. Am I missing something or is currently not possible to show the time?

The use case we have now is that we have some values, including positional data shown on a map panel. When a user selects one of the data-points we want the user to be able to see how old that value might be. Currently I can only do this by going back in time on the range selector and se when the dot is removed from the map.

Dear Jesper,

apologies for the late reply. I just created #118, where I tried to summarize the topic about customizing the popup contents as good as possible, taking requests from different users into account and also just included yours. Feel free to add anything what comes to your mind about this.

With kind regards, Andreas.
