addic7ed throttled

@pannal I'm not entirely sure why but it says addic7ed is throttled in Kitana but I only have 15 out of my available 40 downloads in the addic7ed console. Any ideas?

Maybe your problem is the same as #723 That should have been fixed in the latest Development release

Probably, since my IP address is dynamic and shared by many. I thought the fix to that was already pushed to the prod release?

If you click on the 'branch' button on the top of the page, you can change the view from 'develop-2.6' to 'master'.

Here you can see that the latest 'master' is from Feb 16, 2020 (release 2.6.5.3223)

If you click on this URL you can see in line 35 that the latest Development is: Version 2.6.5.3237 DEV

@cphmichael that makes sense, thanks.

@pannal not too be pushy or anything but do you have an ETA when the commits in the develop branch be merged to the master branch? I'd love to stay in the develop branch but I can't afford updating manually.
