[Feature Request] Managing existing subtitles

It would be cool if we had some options to handle existing subtitles such as :

Create a VTT copy from existing SRT if doesn't exist already.

Make sure all SRT subtitles are UTF-8

Fix naming issues if present subtitle is different from plex standards or filename ( say I change my filenames, subzero would just rename the existing subtitle )

Yeah, local subtitle management is a feature planned for one of the next big releases, such as 2.1, 2.2 etc.

It's not super trivial, but I should be able to add existing local subtitles to the item menus, including all of the features.
