How to acutally access the Sub-Zero UI?

Hi. I want to use the Sub-Zero UI, it says I need Kitana. I installed it via docker and ran it. The Plex server also runs locally and it shows up no problem when I access localhost:31337. But when I click on my server it only brings me to the plex web app. I cannot find the Sub-Zero UI.
