This section should be filled-in more, https://github.com/paninski-lab/yass/wiki/Running-YASS also with details of config yaml file: I just stumbled across this: https://github.com/paninski-lab/yass/blob/master/examples/config_sample.yaml and it's very helpful this config yaml file is so well documented, but there should also be some info in the wiki and maybe a link to this file
