Logistics issues for HOI4

Hello, I am quite fond of the mod, but the biggest glaring issue of it in the HOI4 module is the logistics system. The supply system only connects supply hubs in each country, meaning that there are no connections between different countries. Due to the AIs' tendency to not build logistics at all, this means that wars tend to bog down at the border, and that the players need to build logistics as they go on their invasion.

Suggestion: In base game HOI4, all supply hubs are connected to one another, even if they're from different countries. There are two ways it can be handled.

  1. Rewriting of the generateLogistics code from scratch, creating a graph of supply nodes, and ensuring travel from one node to another at any point.
  2. Since the neighbours of the countries are known, you could call the neighbour of each nearby country and connect all the supply hubs from neighbouring provinces together?

I'd like to help, but I can't build the project, and I don't know C++ anywhere near enough to contribute.

Hey, I agree that this needs a rework and I had it on my to-do list for a whole while. I mean to base the hoi4 logistics on the navmesh calculation that I already have, that NavMesh is already interconnected between all neighbouring states
