In `--serve` mode, external resources are unavailable

Not all external resources are inlined in the generated source.

--serve should also serve other files, relative to the current document. Verify that this is not a security threat (accept only localhost connection I guess).

There is a corresponding issue for slipshow-gui and slipshow-vscode.
