Message when we run out of space in the Hub and we cannot open Notebooks
I experienced this problem some week ago. I couldn't open old notebooks in Casper or even create new ones. This was the message I saw when I was trying to do it:

The problem wasn't in the notebooks, since I was able to run the notebooks on my local computer. The problem was solved once we realized that I didn't have enough space in my directory:

It will be really useful if here we can see a message notifying the real issue (in this case, the lack of memory). Thank you!
A related action item here that we discussed at the bi-weekly meeting is to look into allowing some of these system errors to be communicated through JupyterHub (cc @consideRatio)
Hi @facusapienza21 I'd like to follow up on this issue -- would it be okay for me to change the title to the actual action item Lindsey mentioned? Or to open another issue stating the generalized version of the issue here.
There were multiple times that I wanted to check error messages when I ran notebooks on our AWS JupyterHub deployment, so I think this is actually a general and important thing to work on.
