Don't add line breaks and line numbers in exports

The exported files are dropping any pre-existing formatting in the documents (see also #20 ) and especially the reflow of paragraphs into numbered lines with hard linebreaks (limiting lines to 75 characters) are really negatively affecting readability and downstream data analysis on the exported files. I totally understand that it will be difficult to maintain any text formatting through the processing. But at the very least, sentences and paragraphs should be kept intact, i.e. no enforcing of line-breaks or addition of line numbers.
