Tools to keep the replacements list manageable in large projects

The replacements list can get very long in large projects with hundreds of interviews. To keep it manageable:

• Add a column containing the interviews in which each replacement is used
• Add a search filter, so you can quickly look for specific replacements
• Add filters to limit the displayed replacements to the currently active interview, or all opened interviews, respectively
