Inconsistent time display in /users

/users "Last seen" is 2h off . We're in GMT+2 and right now it's 10:17 AM . That should be the the "Last seen" time.

I don't seem to have that on my instance, it's very weird. Especially since both values are rendered using the same method.

I'd say it is something timezone related? But I'm guessing you haven't changed your timezone mid way using the interface.

As always: I got the glitches nobody else has :D But since it's only a minor annoyance no need to investigate further ...
