dconf Critical Error

Hey,

When starting pandora

dconf-CRITICAL **: 09:19:49.040: unable to create directory '/run/user/1000/dconf': Permission denied.  dconf will not work properly.

Noted, it is related to the apparmor profile that doesn't allow the directory to be created.

A proper fix is to add an apparmor profile for Pandora itself.
