Package version issue

pip install mbf-pandas-msgpack installs version 0.3. I am unable to download version 0.7 for some reason. I tried pip install --upgrade mbf-pandas-msgpack which forces a version 0.3 download.

Any ideas?

this package is completely unmaintained at this point
