feat: Sg indicator shows down in mobile when background and add explorer indicator

When in mobile wallets with dapp browsers app put it into background for some time, when in foreground it first shows Down until next interval. It happens intermittently.

This pr will also reduce the blocknumber calls since it will use initialBlockNumber
