Winbox not start when network is attached but no internet

Describe the bug Winbox not start when the network is attached but no internet is present, like misconfiguration of LAN ora DNS not configured. If i start winbox with network cable detached, no problem, if i start winbox with internet OOK, no problem.

To Reproduce Configure LAN with wrong parameter Attach network cable Run winbox

Expected behavior The expected behaviour is the winbox open in any case
