As an internal user (team member) I want to run a validator for the pre-alpha testnet

Background

We should have a number of validators ready for this early stage testnet to ensure functional operation of the chain and as a forcing function to document validator setup.

• [ ] How-to set up a validator guide is available on Notion
• [ ] At least one Validator has been set up following the above doc
