bug: Pigeon v0.3.2 processing error - gas fee error

running Pigeon v0.3.2 returns an error max fee per gas less than block base fee. Pigeon does not crash, but error keeps repeating after some time

This can be seen on machine 173.255.229.106

@taariq @verabehr I am not really familiar with this error. Could you try adding gas-adjustment: 1.2 which will increase the estimated gas by 20% to your config file?

I'm at gas-adjustment: 1.5 This seems higher.

@taariq do you have 1.5 set for Paloma and for evm? I just added gas-adjustment: 1.2 per instructions to the evm section of my config.yaml file and it appears it solved the issue. I'll check on it again in a bit to be sure though

Error returned for me. Not for Taariq and also not for zenaida-0 (which is having no errors). Updated my gas adjustement to 1.5 and will monitor. Reopening for now.
