i am also getting same error. The API rate limit is supposed to be 100/5 mins, but i am getting error for 60 Requests/5 mins.

This is issue from cowin server.

Cowin has put restrictions on requests from sams IP.

100 requests capped within 5 minutes per IP.

I would suggest to use district wise filter instead multiple pincode filter.

Separate request is generated for each pincode.

Increase recheck interval by +1 ( if using 5 seconds use 6) till you face this issue.

Do not login with same number from same or other device

Close all browser tab or plugin hitting cowin request, these will contribute 100 request limit.
