List not getting updated on time

Slots were available but still, the list did not show even after keeping the refresh rate as 5 secs.

Does this mean that due to 30 mins delay the centers might be polled late and hence the delay would be same for booking? If thats the case, can we hardcode the centers we want to book and attempt booking without polling?
