could not browse handoff bot deployed on azure

while i was trying to access https://handsoffbot1.azurewebsites.net/webchat?s=jf5GitBkTKw.cwA.yus.qqXIHLk-rG0Ynu0lSTtYbIaVc5ss7RiE1YbKuwckBIc , it is giving Cannot GET /webchat as response.

can any one suggest me how to resolve
