Preliminary French translations for 2.0

Preliminary translations.

There are some mistakes, some things that couldn't be translated (eg. bootstrap, rootful/rootless), and some things that might not make sense/work in non-Québec French. I'd recommend getting someone else to proofread, but otherwise these should be fine for now.

I'll mark it as a draft to continue working on them, however.
